• Profile and event information, such as model or photographer profile details, measurements, genre limits or preferences, availability, booking requests, set or location details, event notes, and related scheduling information.
• User content, such as photos, videos, profile content, event messages, chat content, form responses, and customer support messages.
• Other information you submit through Kandys Events forms or communication channels in connection with event participation, booking, scheduling, or support.

The current app may also open third-party pages or forms, including Square, Google Forms, Instagram, TikTok, and email links. Information you provide to those services may also be handled under their privacy policies.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create, review, and manage participant profiles.
• Coordinate events, schedules, bookings, set locations, and time slots.
• Communicate with models, photographers, admins, and event participants.
• Review booking requests, event participation, and profile updates.
• Provide customer support and respond to questions.
• Maintain safety, prevent misuse, and protect Kandys Events, participants, and the app.
• Comply with legal, business, and App Store requirements.

How Information Is Shared

We may share information:

• With Kandys Events owners, admins, staff, and representatives who help operate events and manage bookings.
• With event participants when needed for event coordination, scheduling, model cards, booking requests, or event communication.
• With service providers that help operate the app, forms, website, email, hosting, payments, and related services.
• If required by law, legal process, safety concerns, or to protect the rights and property of Kandys Events or others.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use information collected through the app to track users across other companies' apps or websites for advertising. We do not use app data for third-party advertising.

Photos, Profiles, and Event Content

Photos, videos, measurements, genre limits, profile details, messages, and booking details may be used to support model cards, photographer profiles, event schedules, booking coordination, and admin review. Do not submit content that you do not have permission to share.

Payments

If payments or purchases are handled through a third-party provider, payment information may be processed by that provider. Kandys Events does not need to receive full payment card details in the app.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide event services, manage records, support users, resolve disputes, meet legal requirements, and operate Kandys Events. You may contact us to request that we update or delete information associated with you, subject to legal, safety, and business recordkeeping needs.

Children

The Kandys Events app and related event services are not intended for children under 18. If we learn that we collected information from a child under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no app, website, or online service can guarantee complete security.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. You can also choose not to submit certain information, but some app or event features may not work without it.
